Our Complete Comfort Care (CCC) program takes you to the next level offering comprehensive care for your system year around. Our CCC program offers two trips for one price--one during the heating season and one during the cooling season. This will ensure your family’s comfort and safety throughout the year.
During our comprehensive Precision Tune Up, we carefully measure and record all of the components' operating characteristics, making any necessary adjustments to restore your system back to factory operating standards. We also carefully inspect, clean, and lubricate all moving parts. Evaporator and condenser coils will be inspected. All of these procedures, combined, will maximize system efficiency, save you money on your utility bills while enhancing your comfort level.
Many area residents do not realize their home heating and cooling system operates approximately 3,300 hours per year. To put this "run time" into perspective, a car driven 3,300 hours at 65 miles per hour would travel 214,500 miles. No one would consider such a journey without arranging for oil changes, lubrication, and routine tune-ups along the way to ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the vehicle.

As a Complete Comfort Care ("CCC") customer, you will get immediate attention. We will make every effort to adjust our schedule to ensure you receive the priority scheduling you deserve.
If you have a component fail within 30 days of our Precision Tune Up, we will make the repair with no labor cost to you. You pay only the part cost.
As a CCC program customer, you will receive additional discounts on seasonal promotions.
