Wayne has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 35 years and serves as President of Bower Heating & Air, overseeing every department.
Whether he’s on a sales call, heading to a service call, or ensuring the office runs smoothly, Wayne is always focused on supporting our team and customers. He holds a Virginia Class A Contractor License and a Master HVAC Card.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys serving his community as a member of the Roanoke County Planning Commission and the Local Selective Service Board. He also treasures time with his family, especially his seven grandchildren.
Mark joined Bower Heating & Air in 2019 as General Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and working closely with the Service Department to ensure every customer has the best experience.
With over 40 years in the HVAC industry, he holds a Class A Contractor License, Master HVAC Card, and Gas Fitter License.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling to the beach, studying history, and spending time with his family.
Shelia has been a part of the HVAC industry for eighteen years and is the heartbeat of Bower Heating & Air.
She’s the first face you’ll see when walking into the office and is always ready to help customers with any questions. Shelia earned her Associate of Science degree from Virginia Western, and simply put, the office wouldn’t run without her.
When Shelia isn’t at the office, she is weaving baskets, a skill passed down to her from her grandmother, traveling to the beach, and spending time with her two daughters.

With over ten years of experience in the HVAC industry, she brings knowledge and care to every customer she works with, keeping the install department running smoothly.
We also honor Vern’s service to our country, having served four years in the military. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and attending concerts with her family whenever she can.
Angie has been with Bower Heating & Air since 2008, managing accounts receivable and payroll.
As our go-to numbers expert, she also holds a QuickBooks certification, keeping our finances running smoothly.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys going to the beach, staying active, and spending time with her seven grandchildren.
Danny joined Bower Heating & Air in 2014 and brings over 40 years of HVAC experience to the team.
As Install Manager, he ensures every installation and system change-out is done right, giving homeowners confidence in their comfort. Danny also specializes in duct design for both existing homes and new construction.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys playing video games with his grandchildren.
With over thirty years in the HVAC industry, Milton brings experience, knowledge, and professional expertise to every project.
He holds both a Master HVAC Card and Master Gas Fitter certification. Since joining Bower Heating & Air in 2009, Milton has overseen new construction projects and conducts load studies for Earth Craft and Energy Star homes.
Outside of work, Milton enjoys golfing, gardening, and baking for his wife.
Chris joined Bower Heating & Air in 2020 with 10 years of HVAC experience.
As a Liberty University graduate with a degree in Religion, he has also studied Manual J Load Calculations, Residential Comfort System Design, and completed Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor Training.
When he’s not helping homeowners make the best decisions for their comfort, Chris enjoys watching sports with his family, fishing, and playing guitar at his church.
After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in business, Tyler joined the team full-time in 2018.
He oversees marketing for the company and also supports sales, helping homeowners learn about their options and make informed comfort decisions.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf, watching sports—especially the Braves and Hokies—and spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their dog, Duke.
